陕西省跳水运动队后备人才培养现状与发展策略分析

主要采取文献资料调研、专家访谈、问卷调查和数理统计分析等研究方法,从生源情况与科学选材、科学化训练与教练员水平、训练支撑条件、家长支持情况、人才培养与文化学习体制等5个方面揭示了陕西省跳水队后备人才培养的现状。从可持续指导思想的确立、提高教练员素质和水平、建立和优化运动员选材和评价体系、完善和优化训练条件、改革后备人才培养体制、营造良好的训练环境、培育陕西省跳水队的竞争优势等方面对陕西省跳水队后备人才的发展策略提出建议。

Analysis on Condition of Reserved Talent Cultivation and Developing Strategy of Diving Team in Shaanxi Province

Through using the method of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper studied the reserved talent cultivation.Based on investigation,the author made comprehensive investigation on reserved talent cultivation of Shaanxi diving team from the following aspects:recruitment condition and scientific selection for talent,scientific training and coach level,training support condition,parent's support and system of talent cultivation and culture learning.From the guidance of sustainable development,some developing strategies for improving coach quality,establishing and optimizing the talent selection and evaluation system,perfecting training condition,reforming the system of reserved talent cultivation and building good training environment are put forwarded.
