地下管线变形控制条件调查分析

摘    要:从地下管线的材质、输送介质、接头形式、管线走向、管道内径、管线埋深、管线与隧道之间的距离等方面分析了管道变形大小的控制条件,对国内外相关地下管线的研究做了一些统计调查,并从刚性和柔性两个方面对管道的变形进行了安全性能评价。管线的控制标准可以从地层移动、管线接头转角与脱开以及管线应变等方面考虑制定。

Abstract:From such aspects as material quality,transportation medium,form of joint,pipeline’ s route,pipeline’s inside diameter,pipeline’s burying depth,distance between pipeline and tunnel underground pipeline and so on,the controlled condition of pipeline’s deformation size is analysed, some statistical survey of research on domestic and foreign related underground pipeline is conducted,and safety performance assessment of pipeline’s deformation is carried out from both rigid and flexibal aspects.Pipeline’s control standard may be made from earth movement,pipeline ’s joint and disconnection as well as pipeline’s strain.
