| 摘 要： | 教师职业具有特殊性，在个体的身心教育中，教师的影响仅次于父母，只有心理健康的教师才能培养出身心健全的学生。全文主要就教师心理健康的标准、现状、常见的心理压力来源以及增进教师心理健康的途径与方法做了一些探索。

| Abstract: | Teachers' occupation has its own characteristics,and as to education for individuals,teacher's influence is only next to that of parents.The fostering of students sound both physically and psychologically would be impossible without teachers alike.The writing explores the criteria for and the current situation of teacher's psychological health and the reasons for the regular psychological pressure and how to improve teacher's psychological health. |
