摘    要:"能力本位"、"人格本位"和"素质本位"是三种不同的教育理念,基于人的职业变通力的"素质本位"应成为职业教育的出发点。构建主体性职教课堂教学模式,是实施"素质本位"教育理念较理想的教学模式。

Abstract:Competence orientation, personality orientation and quality orientation are three different educational theoties. Quality orientation based on students' vocational adaptation should be the starting point of vocational education. Subjective classroom teaching model of vocational education is the ideal model to carry out educational theory of quality orientation.
