| 摘 要： | 结合中学人才市场对师资要求、中学教学及教学改革的需要，提出了“全程跟踪考核法”以及这种考核法的操作方案．总结了该考核方法改革和实践的效果，并指出考核方法的改革是教学内容和教学方法改革的关键环节．

| Abstract: | Combining the requests of talented middle school teachers' market for experienced middle school teachers and the needs of reform of middle school education and teaching,this paper offers a method of the whole-course-tracking-testing and its operating plan.It also sums up this reformed testing method and its practicing results.It points out that the key to reform the teaching material and teaching methods is the reform of measurement and assessment. |
