| 摘 要： | 未来10—15年高等职业教育管理改革应以实现高校分类管理为契机,加大统筹协调力度,整合各级政府管理各类职业教育职能;转变政府管理职能,扩大省级政府和高职院校的管理权限;探索引入市场机制,推动高等职业教育管理的市场化改革;加强社会力量监督,推动行业企业深度参与高等职业教育;完善高职院校制度,建立健全公立高职院校内部治理结构。

| Abstract: | The managerial reform of the higher vocational education includes management as well as a breakthrough of higher education.This paper studies the golden rules and offers a prospect of the reforms for 10-15 years in the near future.Furthermore,countermeasures are discussed regarding the governmental administration,market mechanisms,school-business interaction and public full-time vocational colleges. |
