| 摘 要： | 学校文化是继人、财、物、时间、空间和信息之后的又一大教育资源。没有文化的学校就没有灵魂，没有愿景，也没有独特的标志。一所学校只有加强办学理念、制度文化、物质文化等方面的文化建设，才能不断提升办学软实力，实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | School culture is another big resource for education following person,property,time,space and information.Where there is no culture in a school,there is no soul,no unique symbol,even no hope to have the prospect.Only by enhancing the cultural reconstruction on the aspects of the system culture,the material culture and the ideas of running a school can we promote the soft power of running schools unceasingly and thus sustainable development can be realized. |
