摘    要:文化决定人格的产生、延续及发展。人格是文化的体现和寄托,是文化延续和发展的力量,是文化追求的目标。文化与人格的关系表明:教育应着力于文化的传递、发展和创造,着力于受教育者的人格培养,着力于提高全体国民的科学、文化、道德素质。

Abstract:The emergence, continuation and development of moral quality are determined by culture. Moral quality em- bodies culture, which is one of the main forces in cultural development and is the goal of culture. The relationship shows that education should be focused on conveyance, development and creation of culture,on the formation of the educands' moral quality and on the improvement in science, culture, and morality of the nation.
