浅析民办高校的品牌建设

摘    要:具有公益性质而又实行企业化运作的民办高校如何实现经济效益和社会效应的双赢,是目前民办高校共同思考的问题。在提升内涵、提高办学质量的同时,民办高校也应该拿起营销武器,积极塑造良好的外部形象。品牌塑造是民办高校赢得市场的重要举措,民办高校应根据市场细分,在学生、师资、环境、科研四个细分市场中结合自身实际,选择具体的目标市场,确定品牌定位,并采用相应策略推进品牌的塑造和推广以获得竞争优势。

Abstract:In the rapid development of private universities also encountered many difficulities and doubts.But the implementation of an enterorise with the public nature of the operation of private colleges and universities how to achieve a win-win economic and social effects,is the privately-run colleges and universities to reflect together on issues.In improving content,improve the quality of school at the same time,private colleges and universities should also take up marketing of weapons,and actively create to win the market,private colleges and universities should be based on market segmentation,students,teachers,environment,scientific research in the four market segments with their own reality,choose a specific target market,determine brand positioning,and use the correspondibg strategy to promote the spaping and promotion of the brand to gain a competitive advantage.
