| 摘 要： | 阐明了绿色贸易壁垒的涵义和成因,分析了绿色贸易壁垒对我国经济可持续发展的作用。发达国家设置的绿色贸易壁垒能促使我国政府加快完善环境立法的步伐,从而防止发达国家向我国转嫁污染,并激励我国企业进行绿色技术创新。因此,绿色贸易壁垒具有纠正生产的负的外部性的作用。绿色贸易壁垒还通过唤醒我国居民的环境意识,纠正消费的负的外部性。

| Abstract: | The effect of green trade barriers on our country＇s sustainable development is analyzed on the basis of the understanding of the connotation and the genesis of green trade barriers. Green trade barriers can force our government to speed up our country＇s environmental legislation, so as to prevent the pollution transferfrom develped countries,and simulate our enterprises to carry out green technology innovation,which corrects the negative externality of production. It can also correct the negative consumption externality by waking our public awareness of environmental protection. |
