| 摘 要： | 不动产物权的移转存在着合同和登记两个过程。通过对法、德民法中物权公示制度利弊的分析 ,比较真实权利人及善意第三人利益在两种立法例下的不同结果 ,即保护意思自治或保持交易安全 ,提出设立保护交易安全登记制度模式及相关配套的制度完善。
