| Abstract: | To improve the teaching quality, teaching should gain the key position in universities and colleges. Fostering the students' creativity and practical ability will enable the deepening of the teaching reform. Furthermore, it is beneficial to enlarge the investment in teaching expenditure to better the conditions for colleges, and to enhance and improve the system of evaluation and supervision as well as to establish and perfect the monitoring system for teaching quality. |
