下颌近中阻生磨牙正畸治疗初探

随着第三磨牙乃至第二磨牙阻生的情况增多,临床采用固定矫正器配合NiTi推簧,对6名患者出现的8颗水平或前倾阻生的下颌磨牙进行远中向、牙合向移动,引导其竖直并建立正确的咬合关系。最终前倾、水平阻生的下颌磨牙全部竖直,并与对牙合建立良好的牙合接触关系。阻生磨牙竖直治疗时间为5⁸个月,平均时间6个月。通过对下颌近中、水平阻生第二、三磨牙的正畸治疗,证实了临床近中、水平阻生的下颌磨牙可以通过正畸治疗保留,并可获到良好的牙合接触关系。

Orthodontic Treatment of the Mandibular Mesial-horizontal Impacted Molar

With the increase in the third molar and the second molar impaction, many methods have been applied to treatment. Six patients with eight mandibular mesial-horizontal impacted molars were treated with fixed appliance accompanied by NiTi pushing spring for 5 to 8 months, the average time of 6 months. All of them were well erected and stabilized. Crown of impacted molars were put in the upright position. Use of the simple NiTi spring could rapidly and efficiently accomplish the orthodontic treatment of the mandibular mesial-horizontal impacted molar. And a satisfied occlusion was established in the end.
