汽车转向系统动态特性分析

摘    要:根据汽车转向系统的工作原理,建立了转向系统的有限元模型。通过对有限元模型进行模态分析得到了转向系统的前三阶模态频率和振型。分析系统的模态频率,可以避免其与其他部件的共振。分析系统的振型,了解其动态性能,可以为其结构的优化设计做准备。

Abstract:According to the working principle of vehicle steering system, the finite element model of steering system is established. Based on the modal analysis for the finite element model of steering system, the first three order modal frequency and vibration mode are got. It can avoid the resonance with the other parts according to the result of modal frequency of the system. The vibration modal figure shows the dynamic characteristics of the system and makes prepare for the optimization design of the steering system.
