| 摘 要： | 英国高等教育财政模式是学院模式的代表，其教育资源的分配是通过拨款委员会进行的。但近年来，由于受教育大众化、市场化等因素的影响，英国高等教育财政已经进行改革，并以资金来源的多元化、财政自主化等为发展目标。文章通过对现行英国高等教育财政模式和改革趋势进行分析，以期对我国高等教育财政改革有所启示。

| Abstract: | The model of higher education finance in UK is the representative of collegial model,its higher educational resources of are allocated by its Funding Council. But in mese years,because of the popularization and marketorientation and financial retrenchment in education,higher educational finance in UK has been reformed,the goal of its reform is the diversification of funds,financial autonomy of university and so on. The analysis of the model of higher education finance in UK and its reform,which helps reform the higher education finance of our country. |
