摘    要:运动训练可使机体的血液学参数、铁代谢发生改变,并可导致机体缺铁。铁缺乏可能导致运动员运动能力的下降。然而补铁是否改善缺铁运动员的运动能力尚无定论,不合理的补铁又可能诱发机体病变,掩盖机体潜在性疾病的诊断。因而在确认缺铁的程度已对机体的运动能力造成影响之前,应慎重考虑是否补铁。

Abstract:Sports exercises may make alterations in blood science parameters of organisms and the metabolism of iron and lead to a deficiency of iron in organisms, which may cause the decline of the athletes' sporting power. However, it remains unclear whether the supplement of iron would really improve this situation, and improper supplement would trigger diseases of organisms and hinder the diagnosis of the organism's potential disease. Therefore, before making sure that the iron deficiency has gone to such a degree that it has already affected the organism's sporting ability, one should be careful when deciding whether to supplement iron or not.
