| 摘 要： | 加拿大艾尔伯塔省北亚理工学院的典型师资培训课程。将缺乏实际教学经验的教师,经过培训了解教学过程,其实是一个体验式的学习过程,要学会应用基于所要达到的能力去如何设计好每一门课的总目标;找到每节课的具体任务,而且每个任务是完成一件具体的事;然后再设计不同的教学方法,按照自然学习法实施。
