传统与现代化的冲突——兼谈职业教育改革的突破口

"我觉得要培养全面发展的优秀人才,必须树立先进的教育理念,敢于冲破传统观念的束缚"。面对温家宝总理这样一个命题,作为中国的职业教育工作者和研究者,的确需要从所从事的这个类型教育角度去深入思考和探讨,这是历史的责任。应该说,中国的传统教育观念,源于孔子、致力于经学。"学术型"教育链条唯大独尊的价值取向,以及明显的官本位社会心理色彩不利于职业教育发展、更不利于应对中国制造、中国创造的担当。积极设计一种学术(研究)、工程(专业)、职业技能(工种)教育并举并重、各路人才等值,多样多元化教育立交互通的系统性教育价值观念和制度体系,建设职教的目标主体是行业企业,人才标准是行业企业说了算的合理机制体制等若干方面,可以说是在当代传统与现代化的冲突阶段职业教育改革的突破口。

This is the right breakthrough in the reform of vocational colleges during the conflict phase between the traditional and modern education.
