| 摘 要： | 在市场经济不断发展的形势下,成人教育班级管理表现出了与市场经济发展相脱节,无法适应经济发展对人才的多样化需求等问题。面对这些问题,我们的成人教育班级管理者,应该积极转变班级管理理念,自我调整适应市场经济的需要,促进学生各方面综合素质的提高。走"产学结合"的学生教育模式和"订单式"的人才培养模式。

Therefore, the administrators for adult classes employ the educational mode of combining productive with study as well as the ＂order＂training mode for a better management and quality. |
