| 摘 要： | 《乾隆十六年黄炽等立阄分合同》是研究明清徽商典当资本的宝贵资料,但目前尚未得到充分利用.笔者依据文书内容,对清乾隆年间徽州黄氏典商家族中黄炽兄弟析分典当资本的情况进行了分析,并就黄氏典铺的资本规模与资本增殖问题展开了研究.有关结果有助于深化人们关于徽商典当经营具体情况的认识.
