台湾高等技职教育的评鉴制度与实施

摘    要:高等技职教育的评鉴近十年来在台湾倍受重视.多年评鉴的实施,使台湾高等技职教育在质与量方面确有明显提升,但也反映出评鉴的实施模式与评鉴内容,可能会促使高等技职教育发展导向一致化的趋势.尽管台湾高等技职教育采用多元性的评鉴途径,评鉴的效益仍依赖彼此对于评鉴的态度和共识.评鉴应旨在改善高等技职教育的办学品质,而不仅限于行政管理.这些评鉴哲学的具体落实除了有赖评鉴制度和表册的规划之外,更依赖于评鉴委员的共识和精确执行.

Abstract:The evaluation of higher technical and vocational education has been closely focused in Taiwan in these ten years, which improves greatly the quality and quantity of Taiwan higher technical and vocational education. But meanwhile, the evaluation model and items will result in the consistent developing tendency of higher technical and vocational education. By analyzing the evaluation system of Taiwan technical and vocational education, the author puts forward some views on its reform. Meanwhile, the author put forward that the evaluation effects depend on the evaluation attitude and general recognization of it. The target of evaluation is not only to improve the administration level, but also the school-running quality. The general recognization of evaluating committee members and correct performance play a desisive role to implement the evaluation system.
