| 摘 要： | 采用莫雷诺社会测量法，对我国甲级女子排球队的人际关系进行了调查与测量。通过对问卷调查结果的统计处理与逻辑分析，初步地反映了我国女排人际关系的基本现状和人际关系的结构及存在的问题和形成的原因，以期为我国女排的科学训练、比赛及管理提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | This essay aims to investigate the present condition of interpersonal relations of Women's Volleyball Teams Grade A by the use of Reynod Social Measurement.With the statistics and logical analyses of the questionnaires,the basic state and structure of the interpersonal relations of Chinese Women's Volleyball Teams are demonstrated.Besides,the essay also tries to find problems of the teams in order to give some guidance to the scientific training of actual performances and management of the National Women's Volleyball Team. |
