跨国实践是培养学生职业能力的一种有效方式——以老挝波乔省布劳铁矿区地质勘查实践为例

云南国土资源职业学院2009年受湖南省商会昆明德商矿业有限公司委托，到老挝波乔省布劳地区进行铁矿资源勘查，同时与德商公司建立起校外（境外）地质综合实训基地。通过学生的跨境实习实践，培养和锻炼了学生的职业能力和综合素质，并引起当地社会对学校的关注。境外学生实训这一过程也引发了我们对高职高专教育教学改革的思考。

Crossborder Practice Being an Effective Way to Train Students in Professional Competence Taking Practice of Geological Exploration in Broughton Iron Ore Boqiao Province, Laos as an Example

Yunnan Land and Resources Vocational College was commissioned by Hunan Chamber of Commerce Business Kunming Deshang Mining Co.,Ltd.to explore of iron ore resources in Broughton district Boqiao province,Laos.Meanwhile,a geological comprehensive training base was established in Laos with Deshang Mining Co.,Ltd..Through practice of students’ internship during these years,not only did we train and exercise their professional ability and overall quality,but also aroused the concern of the local community about our school.At the same time this process is the reform of teaching content that aroused our thinking of the higher vocational education.
