| 摘 要： | 本文结合长安大学地下水科学与工程创新型教学团队建设的实践,阐述了创新型教学团队的基本特征与任务,明确了团队的运行保障机制。提出了教学团队的建设应具有国际化视野,充分发挥名师的引领作用,打造精品课程群,重视教学实验实践基地建设,强化科研成果向教学转化等措施,并总结了建设成效。同时强调了地下水科学与工程创新型教学团队建设要突出行业特色。

| Abstract: | According to practical Innovation-oriented teaching team organizing for Chang’an University groundwater science and engineering specialty,we describe the main characteristic and mission for the innovation-oriented teaching team,ensuring team running effectively.Teaching team organizing should have international view,take advantage of famous professor leadership,develop quality courses,focus on teaching experiment base construction,intensify transformation from achievements of scientific research to practical teaching and sum up organizing effectiveness.Then,this paper stress on unique feature of Innovation-oriented teaching team. |
