| Abstract: | The 21 century is an economic globalization and knowledge economy age. Comprehensively imporving the P. E teachers' quality in every aspects is the needs of developing situation, and it' s the key to good P. E. teaching in the school .This paper analyses and probes into the features of economy knowledge,the quality of P.E. teachers thinking and morality the knowledge structure and the ability structure in order to inprove what quality the P.E. teachers' should hare,and also improve their teaching quality. |
