大型应用软件白盒测试的组织与管理模式研究

针对国内软件企业在软件测试的管理方面存在的问题，结合一个实际的第三方大型软件白盒测试项目，从项目管理的角度提出了一套针对大型应用软件的白盒测试的组织和管理模式，为软件测试管理的规范化提供参考。

A Method System of Organizing and Managing the White-box Testing Project for Large-scale Application

In order to resolve problems existing in management of software testing, the paper forwards a method system of organizing and managing the White-box testing project, especially for the large-scale application. The method has been successfully applied in a third party software testing project, and it will contribute to the standardization of software testing management.
