| 摘 要： | 本文介绍用牙髓失活剂在非开髓条件下,直接封堵龋洞改良法,并用本法和常规开髓法分别对87例慢性闭镇性牙髓炎患者进行了临床对照分析,结果显示经本法治疗的51例患者其封药后疼痛时间及程度与常规治疗之36例开髓后封失活剂患者比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。表明本法可减免开髓时创伤性疼痛,易于临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | An improved for devitalizing pulp-a pulp devitalizer healing the caries cavity without exposing the pulp has been reperted 51 patients with chronic pulpitis were studied by the method and the other 36 cases by the exposing pulpfmethod.The result shows no diference shave statistical significance for this method as composed with that for exposing pulp method (p>0.05) and suggests the method may be used as a non-invaded therapy for the pulpitis. |
