| 摘 要： | 目前高职教育处于迅速发展时期,面临着良好的发展机遇,同时也面临着诸多困难和挑战。高职院校要在竞争中求得生存和发展,当务之急是要培育一种特色战略理念,除了加强“硬件”建设,更重要的从战略、定位、专业、制度、精神等方面采取适合自身的发展战略。

| Abstract: | Higher education has entered a popular education stage in our country for its enrolment ratio roughly reaching 19 per cent. In the course from elite education suage to popular education stage, higher vocational education has played an important role and occupied a certain space in higher education. Higher vocational education is being in a quickly expanding period. It faces many difficulties and challenges as well as good developing opportunities. To strive for existing and expanding in the competition, higher vocational education institutes and colleges urgently needs a special strategic conception. It is more important to take a strategy suitable for self-developing in such fields strategy, locating, speciality, system and spirit besides strengthening "hardware" contruction. |
