Although the self-built databases of library have specific expression forms,such as bibliographic database,abstract database,full-text database,multimedia database,their originality are worse,so that the self-built databases of library are only under the condition of weak copyright protection;at the same time,the external restrictions of copyright,such as public interest and other fundamental rights of citizens,make the strong protection impossible.
