法学教育职业化背景下教学方法的改革研究

目前,我国的法学教育亟需改革以应对法学教育职业化的要求,除了课程改革外,还应当转变教学观念,积极进行教学方法的革新。首先应当对传统的讲授法进行修正,增加小组讨论作为补充,让学生有练习独立理解、适用、分析、归纳的机会,同时也可以检查和纠正学生对教授知识的理解;另外,要正确运用案例教学法,以问答为基本形式,培养学生对具体案件进行分析、选择和应用的能力;最后,要大力推行法律诊所教育方法,指导学生亲自办案,从事法律实务工作,处理各种矛盾,在法律实践中逐渐培养、提高学生法律实践能力和职业道德水平。
