| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村，关键的一条是要引领农民富裕起来，劳务输出是解决“三农”问题、增加农民收入、提高农民生活水平最现实、最便捷的路子。因此，把农民分流出去，实现多元化择业，是解决“三农”问题的一条重要途径。

Labor exports is the way to solve the ＂San nong＂ problems, increase the income of the farmers and improve their living standards. So, Streaming out of the well-off farmers and realizing diversification of jobs is an important way to solve the ＂San nong＂ problems. |
