摘    要:如何培养学生的主体性是教育领域内一个历久弥新的话题,要想在现代教育中使学生主体潜能得到开发,需要结合我国国情,反思传统教育与现代教育的弊端,借鉴一些后现代的做法,屏除权威影响,强调学生主体的选择性、自主性和差异性,培养学生的否定性思维能力,把学生培养成真实而富有个性的主体的“人”,而不是被动的学习工具。只有这样,我们的教育才能培育出具备学习化生存技能的主体人,以适应未来学习型社会发展的需要。

Abstract:How to cultivate students' sense of subjectivity is eternal topic. Many scholars have proposed different ideas and practical approaches these years. In the writer's opinion, actuality of our country should be considered with reflection of the shortcomings of modern and traditional education. It is also beneficial to use post-modern methods as reference that removes the effect of authority. Thus, students' sense of subjectivity, automation and difference is aroused with awareness that they are men not the passive tool of learning.Only through such reform, the subjective men who are equipped with and learning living skills can be trained to suit the learning-oriented future society.
