| 摘 要： | 司法中立、公正平等、透明公开、独立、民主、效率、司法职业化、司法为民等现代司法理念对裁判文书的创新提出了新的要求。裁判文书的创新应该继承我国历史上判词优秀的民族传统，大胆吸收国外裁判文书的先进经验，及时反映司法改革的最新成果，充分利用现代科技手段，使裁判文书真正成为“公正与效率”的载体、沟通法官(法院)与公众的桥梁。
