高职书记官专业学生职业能力培养途径探析

高职书记官专业是一个以培养法院书记员等高级速录人才为主要方向的新专业,该专业在对学生职业能力培养上经过不断实践已取得了较大突破,但仍存在一些问题,如培养模式单一、忽视职业能力、教学内容脱离实际工作等。通过创设实训环境、创新实践教学和开展第二课堂等途径,可以有针对性地提高书记官专业学生的职业能力。

Research on Training Approach of Vocational Ability of Students Majored in Secretary in Higher Vocational Colleges

The Secretary specialty is new in higher vocational colleges, which mainly trains senior fast record talents such as court clerk. Though the specialty has made great breakthrough in training the students＇ vocational ability in the continuous practice, there are still some problems such as training model being single, occupational ability being ignored, the teaching contents being separate from the actual work. In order to improve the vocational ability of students majored in Secretary, this paper puts forward three approaches including creating training environment, innovating practice teaching, carrying out the second classroom.
