| 摘 要： | 平时试教是教育实习的有机组成部分，是集中实习的前提和基础，为切实有效地发挥平时试教的作用，就必须加强对平时试教的组织管理，而建立和健全高师生平时试教的质量监控体系：强化课程管理，构建合理的教育类课程体系，重点抓好微格教学训练的安排；加强对指导教师的管理；选择灵活多样的试教形式是十分重要的管理措施。

| Abstract: | As an indispensable part of educational teaching practice, daily teaching practice is the premise and basis of normal college students, intensive teaching practice. In order to effectively display the important role of the daily teaching practice, we must strengthen its organization and regulation by the following measures: to display the leading and demonstrative role of instructors and to adopt diversity teaching forms, and so on. |
