| 摘 要： | 通过对盐城市职业学校的部分学生及教师的调查 ,我市职业学校的体育工作存在许多不足 :学生对体育投入少 ,教学模式陈旧 ,教师队伍结构不合理等。提出了改革建议 :对学生进行体质健康教育 ,培养终身体育意识 ,加强师资队伍建设 ,开设体育俱乐部等 ,以提高职业学校的体育工作水平 ,为社会培养合格人才。

| Abstract: | By investigating some of students and teachers in professional school in Yancheng , we find that there are a lots of shortcoming existed in their works , such as a very little investment in PE from school , an old model of teaching and a unreasonable structure of teachers ,etc. The author gives some advice on it. |
