| Abstract: | The paper clarifies three strategies in improving the teaching staff quality in rural middle schools: to study the theories of Deng Xiao ping and Jiang Ze min conscientiously for a better understanding of quality education; to enforce the in service education to improve the teaching quality in rural areas; to deepen the educational reform in teachers college so as to produce qualified new teachers for rural middle schools. |
