高师应对基础教育改革的策略探析

摘    要:基础教育改革对教师的培养提出了新要求。高师应确立新型教师培养目标;改革课程体系,优化课程结构,凸显教师专业化理念;构建教师教育职前职后“一体化”的人才培养模式;重视产学研结合,积极参与基础教育课程改革,以促进基础教育发展。

Abstract:Basic education has new requirements for its teachers.Normal College should establish new teacher training objectives such as to reform the curriculum system,optimize the structure of courses,highlight teachers' specialized concept.In addition,it is also significant for construction of the pre-service teacher education after the "integration" of personnel training mode to production units,actively involving teachers' participation in the basic education curriculum reform and promotion of the development of basic education.
