| 摘 要： | 根据教师劳动的目的、任务、对象、手段、产品的特殊性,论证了师德建设中必须建立“以人为本”的思想。在此基础上提出了教育教学应构建“以学生为本”的新型的师德理念,登及在师德建设中如何加强“以人为本”思想。

| Abstract: | The article demonstrated the necessity of the thought of taking person for basis in constricting teacher's morality according to the specialty of the aim,mission,object,method and product of teacher's labors.On the basis of this,the author suggested that we compose a new ideology of teacher's morality, which can be characterized as "take students for basis" and how we strengthen it in the construction of teacher's morality. |
