学校改进研究方法论的范式转换

纵观学校改进研究的历史可以发现，学校改进研究主要经历了实证主义、解释学、批判理论三个方法论阶段。到了信息技术时代，学校改进研究的方法论必将发生转变，三种方法论将走向整合，未来需要采用“四大范畴一三重方法论”的学校改进方法论范式开展学校改进研究，以提高学校改进研究的质量，为学校改进实践提供有效的指导。

Transformation on the Paradigm for the Methodology of School Improvement Research

Throughout the history of school improvement research, the methodologies of school improvement research are divided into positivism, hermeneutics, and critical theory. Since 21st century, the methodology of school improvement research have transformed into the new methodology that combined by positivism, hermeneutics and critical theory. In the future, ＂Four categories-Triple Methodology＇paradigm should be used as the methodology of school improvement, to enhance the quality of school improvement research and to direct the practice of school improvement.
