| 摘 要： | 构建后勤企业新的财务管理体制，首先要建立规范的企业集团管理体制，理顺后勤集团内部产权关系；要改变高校对后勤原有的财务管理体制、资产管理方式；要搞好资产的产权界定和评估，规范分离行为；要完善内部合计控制制度，完善监督约束机制。

| Abstract: | A standard managing system and clear property rights inside a logistics group are required in constructing new financial management system. The original management system and assets management should be reformed. The property rights of the assets should be well defined and evaluated. The separation of the assets should be standardized. The inner accountant controlling and supervision system should be perfected. |
