高职院校内涵发展刍议

今后一段时期,我国高等职业教育的主要任务是进行内涵发展,提高教育质量。笔者就高职教育的内涵发展问题进行了理论思考和实践探索,认为高职教育的内涵发展是高职院校面对挑战的理性抉择。高职院校必须重新树立教育质量观,采取准确定位人才培养目标、建立特色办学模式、进行模块化课程改革、注重双师素质师资队伍建设等措施来促进高职院校的内涵发展。

A Study of higher vocational education's connotation developing

In the fellowing years,Chinese higher vocational education's major task is to make the connotation development in progress to improve the educational quality.After researching the higher vocational education's connotation development in theory and practice,I think that the connotation development is the best and reason choose for the higher voccational education in the face of challenges.The higher vocational educations must set up the educational quality Taoist temple again,adopt the accurate allocation personnel training target,build a characteristic pattern to run a school,reform the modularization curriculum,attach the importance of teachers' quality in the teaching and practising.
