去势雌性大鼠骨生物力学性能在运动负荷下的变化

摘    要:对切除卵巢大鼠各组骨密度(BMD)和生物力学有关指标进行检测,并进行比较分析。结果表明:1)运动组BMD为0.316,运动1 组为0.305,显著高于模型组的0.275,制动组BMD均显著低于各实验组;2)生物力学实验显示:运动各组骨整体的生物力学性能优于服钙组和激素组;激素组的生物力学性能显示韧性差;制动组的各项指标显示该组骨的生物力学性能较差。由此可知,运动可增加去势前大鼠骨量的储备,减缓去势后大鼠骨量的丢失,维持骨良好的生物力学性能

Abstract:The bone mass density (BMD) and relative biomechanical indexes were examined, compared and analyzed in 9 groups of ovariectomized rat. The results were as follows: 1) The BMD of the exercise group was 0.316 and that of the exercise group 1 was 0.305, which was remarkably higher than that of the model group (0.275). The BMD of the immobilized group was lower than that of the experimental groups. 2) The biomechanical experiments showed that the biomechanical function of the whole bones in the exercise groups was better than that of the calcium intake group and the estrogen intake group. The biomechanical function of the estrogen intake group seemed to be of bad toughness. The various indexes of the immobilized group showed that the biomechanical function of it was rather bad. Therefore, it was known that exercises increase the bone reserve of the rats before ovariectomy, delayed the bone masslose of the ovariectomized rats and maintained good biomechanical functions of bone.
