| 摘 要： | 对曾昭琼主编、华南师大等五院校合编的《有机化学实验》教材中的“萃取”实验进行了改进，把用乙醚从水中萃取冰醋酸改为乙醚从水中萃取正丁酸。克服了原实验存在的萃取率低，一次萃取与三次萃取差别不大的缺点。萃取率明显提高：一次萃取的萃取率从53．6％提高到86．8％，三次萃取的萃取率从55．1％提高到95．8％。三次萃取的效率明显高于一次萃取效率。

| Abstract: | An improvement on Extraction Experiment is made. The experiment is one of the experiments in the textbook Organic Chemistry Experiments (2nd edit.) edited by ZENG Zhao-qiong. We use ethyl ether as the extractant to extract n-butanoic acid rather than glacial acetic acid from their solutions. The average extraction rates grow from 53.6% to 86.8% (1 time extraction only) and 55.1% to 95.8% (3 times) |
