高职院校教师合作文化的建构

高职院校多为合并高校,由于不同价值取向以及不同的兴趣爱好,不同学校有着特定的学术氛围与学术交流的传统,高职院校教师文化呈现多元文化格局。消除各校文化之间的摩擦、冲突,使他们的多元文化和谐并存,实现深度融合,创建和谐、创新的教师合作文化成为必然。通过对当前高职教师合作文化中存在的问题,从四个方面提出了建构高职院校教师合作文化的基本策略。

The Construction of Cooperative Culture of Teacher for the Higher Vocational College

The higher vocational colleges mostly are amalgamated by the different colleges, they have the different value orientations and different interest hobbies, and have the particular academic atmosphere and the tradition of academic exchange, the higher vocational colleges culture present the pattern of plural culture. So, to eliminate the friction, conflict among the culture of every college, make the plural culture coexist harmoniously, realize that merges deeply, establish the harmonious and innovative cooperative culture becomes inevitable. Through analyzing the present problem that existing in the cooperative culture of higher vocational college, the article puts forward basic tactics of constructing higher vocational college＇s cooperative culture from four respects.
