建设学习型团组织需要一支能起到模范带头作用的学习型团干队伍,这是高校共青团不断增强创造力、凝聚力和战斗力的迫切需要,是高校共青团适应新形势、完成新任务、开创新局面的重要保证。团干部要端正学习态度,增强学习意识,丰富学习内容,提高学习能力,做一个勤学、真学、会学的共青团干部。

Exploration on Cultivating Learning-oriented CYL Cadres in Colleges and Universities

The construction of learning-oriented Youth League organizations requires a group of CYL cadres to play an exemplary role in work,which is an urgent requirement for continuously enhancing creativity,rallying power and combat capability of the League,and the guarantee of adapting to new situation,accomplishing new missions,and opening up new prospects.Therefore,as a studious,earnest and capable CYL cadre,taking a correct attitude towards learning,developing a learning consciousness,enriching learning contents and improving learning ability are necessary.
