摘    要:幼儿阶段是人生的重要阶段,音乐教育在幼儿的成长中有着重要的作用.但目前幼儿教师的音乐素质过低,已不能适应新世纪对幼儿教师的要求,幼师音乐教育观念的老化对此负有不可推卸的责任.要改变这一现状,幼师音乐教育就必须适应新的形势,转变观念,改革教学方法,突出师范性,把提高幼师学生的音乐素质落到实处,为社会提供一批高素质的新型幼儿音乐教师.

Abstract:The infant stage is the important stage of one's life. Music education has the important function in the growth of the infant .But now the infant teachers' music quality is too low and they are hard to adapt themselves to new century's requirements for the infant teachers. This fault attributes to the music education for the infant teachers. In order to change this present condition, the music education for the infant teachers must adapt the new situation, change old ideas, reform the teaching method and emphasize teacher' training. When the students' music quality has improved, they will grow into the new infant music teacher of high quality .
