论中小学教师继续教育存在的问题及其对策

On the Existing Problems of Further Education for Primary and Secondary School Teacher and Countermeasures

Further education is the important content of teachers' professional development and an important method to raise teaching levels.In recent years,further education of the primary and secondary school teachers has achieved great achievement.There are still some problems in the practice,such as further education system,teaching faculty,training contents,security measures and so on.In order to promote the harmonious development,we should learn the experience from the developed countries and find countermeasures according to the above problems.
