| Abstract: | Managers of middle and small-sized enterprises do not recognize quite well the further education of special technical staff.Consequently,further education in these cities just stop on the form,theoretical teaching and practical teaching do not link closely.Thus,middle and small-sized enterprises should establish completed mechanisms for further education and pursue modernized and internationalized educational contents. |
