论编辑主体的创造力

摘    要:编辑主体的创造力,是指编辑主体在编辑实践活动中对编辑客体实现创造性的有价值的文化选择所具备的各种能力的综合。编辑主体的创造力具体表现为编辑主体的超前思维能力、鉴别判断能力、整合思维能力以及创作能力。编辑主体的创造力对编辑实践活动和整个社会精神文化的创造具有重要意义。培养并造就一大批素质高、创造力强的专家型编辑人才队伍是现代编辑文化出版事业发展的必然要求。

Abstract:The creative power of editor's subjectivity is the complex abilities possessed by editor's subjectivity in choosing those objective valuable culture materials. And creative power of editor's subjectivity has some specific indications such as foresight, appraising and judging, generalization and creative ability. Creative power of editor's subjectivity is very important to editorial practice and creation of culture. Thus, it would be necessary to foster and train a team of special editors with creative ability for the development of modern editoral and publishing cause.
